Whitefalls Spa Lodges – Isle of Lewis
The Outer Hebrides are a group of islands situated on the west coast of Scotland. They are the most westerly islands in the United Kingdom. The largest island in the Hebrides is the Isle of Lewis. Interestingly, the Isles of Lewis and Harris are actually a single landmass, divided only by a stream.
Breasclete is a crofting village that lies by the shores of Loch Roag on the west coast of the Isle of Lewis in the Hebrides. The village is roughly 18 miles from Stornoway, the main town on Lewis, and about 40 miles away from Tarbert, the main town on Harris.
Whitefalls Lodges are located in a secluded spot, just a two-minute walk from the main village and a five-minute drive from the famous Standing Stones at Callanish (Calanais). The lodges are surrounded by an abundance of birdlife and wildlife. Visitors to the lodges can expect to see swans, ducks, geese, and herons frequenting the lochs below. Additionally, golden eagles and red deer roam freely over the adjacent moorland and can be spotted quite often.
